Day 8: It has now been over a week since I started the fitness training regimen. I can honestly say, the results are showing. I have not been feeling as tired in the afternoons, I have been hitting the hay consistently by 10PM every night, and I have overall had more energy throughout the day. I wake up at 5AM feeling ready to tackle the day. Shaun has been showing me new workouts, new ways to work various muscle groups, and how to merge that with eating properly.
I am feeling much more positive and feeling the change in my life! Doing the bikes, the treadmill, and now the stair stepper – I really feel the effects of working out. Looking forward to many more great days and weeks like the one that just past!
