Day 7: The day of rest. Yesterday, I did the stair stepper for 25 minutes at Level 5 resistance. Boy did I burn a lot of calories! Between the stairs and the bike, and some reps on balancing learned before, I was beat! But That did not stop me from meeting up with my buddy to play 18 holes of golf – my first 18 ever! Very big day, lots of exercise – so Sunday was a very well-deserved day to let the muscles rest and recover. Sure, I was feeling it this morning, but sure felt good going out golfing after a great workout!
